Aviapartner The Netherlands offers passenger, ramp and cargo handling services at
Amsterdam and Rotterdam airports.
- Passenger handling: check-in, ticketing, boarding assistance, lost and found baggage services;
- Aircraft handling: loading and unloading, ground power, cleaning, water and sanitary services, freight and baggage transfer, headset, pushback and towing;
- Traffic operations: flight documentation and planning, communication, weight and balance, loadplan en loadsheet, operations communication, crew briefing.
- Cargo handling: warehousing, palletising, import and export procedures, customs clearance, trucking services ( Aero Groundservices in Amsterdam)
In 2007, Aviapartner Handling handled 29,168 (+25%) flights and 4,501,082 passengers in the Netherlands. Aviapartner currently employs some 1080 staff in the Netherlands: 560 in its handling activities in Amsterdam and Rotterdam and 520 in its cargo handling activities. In 2007 Aviapartner Cargo acquired Aero Groundservices, which provides cargo handling services in Amsterdam-Schiphol. Aero Groundservices, now Aviapartner Cargo BV, handles 434,000 tons of cargo and 3,500 aircraft on a yearly basis.

Facilities and Equipment
The full range of ground handling support equipment to handle aircraft up to B747 is available.
All Aviapartner stations use a DCS information system, either on the airlines' own DCS or on Aviapartner's own Common Language Environment (ACE).
At Amsterdam, Aviapartner's cargo warehouse covers 45,000 m2.
