Aviapartner Italy offers ground handling services to airlines at
Milan - Linate, Milan - Malpensa, Rome - Fiumicino, Turin and Venice airports.
- Passenger handling: check-in, boarding assistance, baggage services;
- Aircraft handling: loading and unloading of baggage into/from aircraft, provision of ground power, cabin cleaning, water and sanitary services, freight and baggage transfer to/from werhouse/terminal, crew transfer from/to aircraft/terminal/hotel,
pushback and towing with headset, aircraft de-icing;
- Traffic operations: preparation of flight documentation, ground to air communication, calculation of weight and balance, set-up of loadsheets, crew briefing, operations co-ordination, start-up assistance.
In 2008, Aviapartner Italy handled 49,000 flights and 9,154,000 passengers. Aviapartner Italy employs some 940 staff.

Facilities and equipment
Ground service equipment is available to handle aircraft types up to B747.
All Aviapartner stations use a DCS information system, either on the airlines' own DCS or on Aviapartner's own Common Language Environment (ACE).
Certifications
All handling services, training and qualifications are in line with the JAR OPS.
