Aviapartner France offers :

• Passenger handling: check-in, ticketing, boarding assistance, lost and found baggage services, assistance to disabled passengers;
• Aircraft handling: loading and unloading, ground power, cleaning, water and sanitary services, freight and baggage transfer, crew transfer, headset, pushback and towing, mashalling, aircraft de-icing;
• Traffic operations: flight documentation and planning, communication, weight and balance, loadplan and loadsheet, crew briefing
  in Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, Strasbourg, and Toulouse.
• Cargo handling: warehousing, palletizing, import and export procedures, customs clearance, trucking services
  in Paris CDG, Basel-Mulhouse, Lyon and Nice. In Bordeaux, Lille, Marseille, Nantes, Paris-Orly, Strasbourg and Toulouse, Aviapartner has exclusive cargo-handling partnerships with local handlers.
• Catering loading: Lille and Nice.

At Lille airport, Aviapartner operates through Aviapartner Lille, a joint venture with the Airport authorities.

In 2007, Aviapartner Handling France handled some 101,059 (+14%) flights and 13,029,000 passengers. Aviapartner Cargo handled 59,522 (+14%) tons of cargo in France. Aviapartner France employs some 1,230 staff.

Facilities and Equipment

All necessary ground support equipment to handle aircraft up to B747 (high-loaders, pushbacks, towing tractors, de-icers, toilet and water carts, start units, steps, ground power units, carts, dollies).

All Aviapartner stations use a DCS information system, either on the Gaëtan data system, on the airlines' own DCS, or on Aviapartner's own Common Language Environment (ACE).

Aviapartner's cargo warehouses cover some 2,000 m² in Basel-Mulhouse, 6,600 m² in Paris CDG, 1,300 m² in Lyon, and 1,000 m² in Nice.

Aviapartner Cargo has been appointed "habilitated agent" by the DGAC (Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile) for freight security in all stations of the network.

All handling services, training and qualifications are in line with the JAR OPS.
