Value for Money is defined as the right match between the customer's expectations,

Service Level (Agreements) are Aviapartner's main tool to create Value for Money.
They help to promise what to deliver and to deliver what is promised
The service is always tailored to the Service Level (Agreement) and focuses on consistent quality services whereby
safety, punctuality, friendliness, reliability and pro-activity are the keywords everywhere in the Aviapartner
Network of Excellence.
Aviapartner's quality system is based on continuous monitoring and analysis of key
quality indicators with regular
reporting to the customer as well as internally in order to achieve continuous improvement. It is supported by ISO9001:2000, Cargo 2000, ISAGO and the AHM804 IATA System for Performance Measurement of Service Delivery Standards.
The most important element however, is the individual commitment of everyone to the Aviapartner quality policy
