Aviapartner has acquired a leading IT capability thanks to considerable IT investments for over 20 years. The interface with airline systems has thereby received priority attention. The group has a long tradition of focusing on service quality and adapting to individual airline needs. Numerous quality certifications and airline awards illustrate this strategy.

On a yearly basis, Aviapartner serves 34.4 million passengers, provides ramp handling services for some 284,300 aircraft and cargo-handling services for some 1,398,000 tons of cargo. Aviapartner employs some 6,440 staff. In 2008, the group generated a consolidated turnover of 378.0 million € (2009 half year figures available on demand)

Aviapartner provides its ground handling services to over 400 passenger and or cargo airlines in the airports where it is active. It is neither an airline company (operating flights), nor a freight forwarder (organising freight transportation for goods producers or distributors).
