The Aviapartner Academy is:

• a "virtual" international school
• a training organisation meant to anticipate and meet the group's training requirements, and stimulate the creation and spreading of knowledge
• an important tool to implement our quality and safety policy and to obtain a consistent high quality level
• a co-operation between all Aviapartner countries

Aviapartner certifies its customers that training programs are compliant with official requirements and standards, as well as with specific customer requirements.

We have internal qualified and experienced trainers for all technical training. Through networking, international trainer workshops, train the trainer sessions, and our international "Erasmus" training program, we are able to offer a high training standard in all stations of our network. On top of that, new employees get on-the-job training and coaching from experienced colleagues.

Through the Aviapartner Academy, we work out Aviapartner training standards:

• "master-manuals" to be used throughout the network
• training programs
• training of new trainers; "train the trainer"
• international trainer workshops: creation of new knowledge and new programs
